| Editor's Note | The Breitling Avenger B01 Chronograph 42 embodies a fusion of robust engineering and refined aesthetics. Crafted in stainless steel, its 42mm case houses the in-house Breitling Manufacture calibre 01, a COSC-certified chronometer movement offering approximately 70 hours of power reserve. The blue dial features luminous silver-tone hands and stick hour markers, ensuring legibility in various lighting conditions. Three sub-dials provide chronograph functions, including 1/4th second, 30 minutes, and 12 hours, while a date aperture is positioned at six o'clock. The unidirectional ratcheted bezel and screw-locked crown with two gaskets enhance its water resistance up to 300 metres, making it suitable for professional diving. A cambered sapphire crystal, glare-proofed on both sides, protects the dial. The watch is complemented by a stainless steel bracelet with a deployment clasp, combining durability with comfort. |
